Do you offer rush orders?

We offer rush processing on orders. This reduces the handling time to 3 – 5 days.  This does not change the standard shipping delivery time.  Your tracking code will be sent to you within 3 – 5 business days after you’ve placed your order. Add rush processing to your cart here.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the U.S. including jails.  We are not permitted to ship to federal prisons.

We ship to all FPO and APOs.

How much is shipping?

Shipped with Love offers FREE shipping to all US, FPO & APO destinations. All other destinations will be calculated at checkout.

How will baked good be sent to my loved one?

Our baked goods are all sealed properly to ensure freshness while shipping. They will last up to 45 days, but once opened should be eaten or discarded within 24 hours. They are baked the day of shipment to ensure freshness.

We do not send raw batter under any circumstance.

My package has not arrived. What should I do?

Shipped with Love is not responsible for any delayed or misplaced deliveries. Please contact USPS (1 800 275 8777 or www.USPS.com) with the tracking number that was provided to you. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed.

Do you offer refunds?

Shipped With Love does not allow refunds, exchanges, cancellations due to the uniqueness of each package.

How long will it take for my box to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped 7 – 10 business days after you place your order. Business days are Tuesday thru Friday. Tracking numbers will be emailed after your order is complete.

I placed my order, when will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number within 7 – 10 days after placing your order.  If you requested rush processing at checking, you will receive your tracking number within 3 – 5 business days after your placing your order.
